Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition in their original packaging.
- Electrical parts, custom orders, and special-order items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact our team at sales@hendrixtimbermulchers.com or 936-563-4174 within 5 business days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct shipping address.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the product or issuing a refund at no additional cost.
